At Cyberify, we saw a fundamental problem in how organizations approach cybersecurity and emerging technology adoption. Too many companies were making costly investments in AI, quantum-safe encryption, and cyber resilience initiatives—only to encounter false starts, wasted resources, and internal resistance. The market had entered what we call the "Trough of Disillusionment."
